Vagrant won't start further: machine1: SSH auth method: private key?

Good day! The essence of the problem: I am new to web development and managed Openserver under Windows, but set out to switch to ... nix-like systems and decided to start with Vagrant computer. On my laptop (Windows 10), everything went "without a hitch" on my working computer (the same Windows 10), when I run the vagrant up command, it only comes to the line "machine1: SSH auth method: private key" and then:
Timed out while waiting for the machine to boot. This means that
Vagrant was unable to communicate with the guest machine within
the configured ("config.vm.boot_timeout" value) time period... Has
anyone experienced this?
