Vagrant is broken. What to do?

and received

VirtualBox is complaining that the installation is incomplete. Please
run `VBoxManage --version` to see the error message which should contain
instructions on how to fix this error.

virtualbox-dkms and linux-headers-generic are installed.
Two hours ago everything worked, then turned off the computer and that's it.
I googled disabling some options in the BIOS, I don’t have those.
What to do?
