UX/UI design on Upwork?

Hello comrades!
I was offered courses on UI/UX design. do this design too?). I understand that this design is also relevant for Android applications.
The course program itself looks like this (I don’t want to give links, etc., because I think this is not the place for advertising):
1. Introduction to the profession and the basics of UI (design trends, website development stages, the basics of working in moqups )
2. Interface design. Creation of UI Kit (buttons, menus, forms, UI-Kit, etc…)
3. Design of icons and infographics (creation of vector graphics in various styles)
4. Interface design (creating a prototype, moodboard, visual brief, designing mobile applications)
5. Typography (selection and combination of fonts, working with text)
6. Colors, graphics, composition basics (color selection tools, images, symmetry, golden ratio)
7. Responsive design and modular grids (960 gs system, adaptability, block alignment)
8. Wow effect and portfolio creation (parallax, animation, video content, interactive, portfolio design basics). HOMEWORK: each lesson is accompanied by practice to consolidate the material and checking by the teacher.

Whether or not you should do it depends on your preferences and desires. Is it possible to earn money? It is possible, but as in any other field, knowledge, skills, experience, the ability to present yourself and the product, etc. are needed.
ps I myself am interested in the details of this kitchen, because you can often see orders from customers on upwork to make a certain product, including design. And the real question is, who does it? The developer himself? A familiar designer of the developer or is it mostly the agencies who are bidding? Experienced people tell me how things really are

Pros are always and everywhere needed, only after the courses you are a goldfinch and not a pro
