UWP in English in Russian Windows 10. Is it possible to do something without reinstalling the OS?

It was Windows 8.1 (Russian, 64-bit). Then it was upgraded to Windows 10. The interface of the OS itself is in Russian, but UWP (universal applications) with an English interface. I thought that updating to 1709 (Fall Creators Update) would solve this problem, but no. Is there anything I can do about this without reinstalling the OS?
For example: Steam has the ability to check the integrity of the game files, is there something similar for Windows?

The problem was solved by installing a localized interface pack from the Microsoft Store.
