UTorrent, sequential download mode: how to automatically disable downloads from slow peers?

I have been using the “sequential download” mode in uTorrent for a long time:

In this mode, you can watch movies almost immediately after adding them for download (VLC allows this), but there is a problem: sometimes some piece is downloaded from a very slow peer, and browsing gets "stuck". Store + start the torrent helps here, but this is inconvenient ...
I would like slow peers to fall off after 10-15 seconds (i.e., the connection with them is broken if uTorrent sees that it is downloading too slowly from them). Does anyone know how to set this up?..
