Using WSL Windows 10?

Installed Ubuntu distribution for Windows 10.

No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Release: 20.04
Codename: focal

When I run sudo systemctl status or sudo systemctl start kafka command in Linux environment

I get this message:

System has not been booted with systemd as init system (PID 1). Can't operate.
