It is required to create just such a simple business card for laboratory work, but for the life of me, I can’t find how to make such a background for the inscription "Real Estate Agency". I didn’t find anything like this in WordArt in the 2013 office, the teacher demands to do just that somehow, what should I do?

And, actually, on the second laba question.
How to do this? I tried to insert a shape object (rectangle) and insert WordArt in it, but it doesn’t work out, WordArt is inserted in its own rectangle (i.e. it turns out that a small one appears in the main large rectangle, in which this inscription and it can’t be hidden if you paint it white, it disappears) and you can’t move it in any way, what to do here?
