Using Visual Studio Community at work. Can?

Good afternoon.
Is it possible to use Visual Studio Community Edition at work?
Or be sure to buy Prof, etc. version?

1) At work, you are not an "Individual person", but a "User" in the "Organization".
2) According to https://www.visualstudio.com/vs/compare/
can be used as long as the company is Non-enterprise organizations and for up to 5 users
3) The organization is considered Non-enterprise organizations

But, it's better to call / write to MS and check directly with them for your situation.
