Using the Visual Studio Command Promt Alternative

For some reason I don't use an IDE to write C++ code, so to set up %PATH%, %INCLUDE%, and %LIB% I run the built-in console in VS. But due to the fact that I would like to write from Far Manager and compile there, I would like to ask what should I do? Can I add to the Path all the paths that the VS console writes, or maybe there is another solution?
tried to run the vcvarsall.bat batch file, but Far still didn't see the lib

1) I made batch files - cfar, qfar, vcfar (respectively, for mingw, qt, vc ), which first set the necessary environment variables, then call the headlights.
2) Then I found the Environment Manager plugin.
