Using the cloud to brute force rar archive passwords?

Actually the question is, has anyone heard of such a service?
I only know that the Amazon cloud is used to select wpa keys.
The task is as follows: It is necessary to prove to the management that it is not safe to transfer documents in an archive with a 10-digit password consisting only of numbers. Unfortunately, on my PC, the brute force rate when using programs like Advanced Archive Password Recovery does not exceed 100 passwords per second. Accordingly, the exhaustive search time tends to infinity. And the authorities are quite satisfied with this state of affairs, how to prove that the use of distributed networks will calculate the password in a few hours ??

what video card do you have? Try to sort out passwords on the GPU?

passwords per second, your password can will quack on one computer for 1000 hours, i.e. in just a month. Rent a decaying computer club for a couple of days - and it's in the bag.

you need to prove to the management that a security policy that depends on the length of the key in the rar archive is narcotic nonsense :)

I thought about hacking RAR using distributed computing for a long time - but then I did not find it.
You can try to look at cRARk - a console program for enumeration with GPU support. They promise a search speed of about 2400 per second. There is a version with a GUI, but it is heavily paid.
