Why does the system not see the tables?

Hello!
I forgot my password. Found a password recovery method using os ophcrack . I have win8.1, downloaded phcrack Vista/7 LiveCD , then downloaded ( recommended ) ISO2disk .
Iso2disk won't write image to flash drive - Failed to open your ISO image! . I don't know why.
With the help of rufus, I recorded an iso image. The image weighed ~ 600 mb, these tables weigh so much.
When you start the OS, ophcrack writes that there are no tables, but they are on the flash drive. Maybe I didn't write the image correctly?
How to show her these tables, how to make her see them, tell me?

Boot from any liveseed and change the password in the shadow file
