Using multiple forms in one HTML page?

Hello everybody!
Is it correct to use two forms on one page, the first form sends data by Ajax, upon successful completion of the sending, a hidden container should appear in which there is a form for sending a file.
Is this the right approach?

ok, just don't forget the "bad" users who can manually show themselves the second form (without submitting the first one) ... you need to check here (and not only on the client, see "bad" user)
