Using framework components?

Hi all. Tell me how to make it beautiful and convenient. There is a built-in framework of about 400 components, made on the basis of bootstrap4-0-02 alpha, sass, font-awesome, jquery, gulp. At the moment, in order to use the components of the framework, you have to drag the styles and javascript of all 400 components from project to project. It's neither pretty nor logical. How to make the user of the framework can take only those components that he will use. For example, I have 50 menu options in the framework, I only need one, how to properly pull it out and use it. The same question is relevant for Javascript.
