Using Facebook android sdk from a service?

There was a need to send some content not only to the server, but also, using the Facebook sdk, respectively, to facebook. And here I ran into the fact that I don’t quite understand how to do it correctly using services (content is sent using a service). For example, in a situation where there was no network for a long time, as I understand it, the session can “go bad”, and how should this situation be handled if the sending comes from the service? Examples that in facebook-sdk 3.0b do not seem to give an answer to my question. Thanks in advance. I hope that someone will poke his nose into an example or give advice.
