Given: Internet gateway based on ubuntu server 12.04 + squid + dansguardian. Transparent proxy, authorization by IP. Everything runs, it filters.
It is necessary: to make a limit on the speed of the channel on certain IPs (to some people). Pools in squid will not work because of the connection with the guardian, there are no such options in the guardian itself. Maybe somehow you can use ufw?
