user friendly WIKI CMS ?
Friends, help with choosing a CMS for creating an internal wiki
The following is required:
- category hierarchy
- ease of adding articles (ease of text formatting, ease of adding pictures)
- good search by words, phrases, search with an exception
What I tried:
mediawiki - the worst usability, I need it easier, I hate
Trac - it's no better than
twiki
jira confluence
So far, there is a desire to create everything based on wordpress + article directory (example articlesss.com/demo/ )
Thanks for the tip

I will vote for Dokuwiki, I chose a wiki for taking my own notes and how-to-nis about half a year ago, as a result, I stopped at dokuwiki. Everything is simple and convenient, easy enough to maintain, works without using a database, which can be attributed both to pluses and probably to minuses. With the addition of a few plugins, it turns into a very handy tool.
Point by point
- there is a hierarchy of categories
- in my opinion everything is simple, the markup is easy to learn, attaching pictures is also not tricky
- the required features are declared in the search ru:search
I like Dokuwiki. True, I did not use the search. The rest of the above is.
From myself I can advise Mindtouch.
The core of the system itself is free.
