Is there a plugin for WP that allows you to restrict access to content at the level of individual users?

Hello!
I will briefly describe the goal. You need to hide the content defined in the admin somehow from unregistered users (and if the guest tries to access the page with the content, he is directed to register). Moreover, each user should have their own unique link to the downloaded content, there should not be direct links (preferably, taking into account the user's actions in the admin panel, there may be a separate plugin for collecting statistics).
I can do all this on my own, but why create bicycles if, perhaps, there are already ready-made solutions) Actually, the question is: do you know plugins that can do this? ..
Thank you.

I hope I understood you correctly, there is an option to limit roles in WordPress!
There is also information about if it is necessary to expand the functions of a role, give it additional rights ... an additional User Role Editor
plugin is installed there, there is also a Role Scoper plugin!
Good luck to you!
