User can't login to Moodle course?

Good afternoon. The situation is this. There is a course, if you enter: Settings - Course Management - Users enrolled in the course, then there we will see 69 participants

But if you look here: Navigation - Current course - Participants, then we see that there is no one there at all

AND users who are enrolled in the course I can’t log in (the entry was made manually by the course administrator)

Tried to create a new account for the sake of interest - it didn’t help. Help, maybe I'm digging in the wrong place?

It is possible that users do not have their subscription activated in the course.
