User activity, is it realistic to monitor?

Good day to all.
Asked a question recently. Is there a tool for convenient tracking of activity on the site.
The fact is that there is a system with tricky processes and logic, where you really want to always have data on dates and times at hand, who did what and how and what they received in response from the server. The system itself is based on Yii2
Of course, someone will suggest making a logger or using the built-in debug panel with its data - this is all understandable. But there can be a lot of data sent between the user and the server, and in this mess you can get confused and not understand what exactly happened when an exception occurred. I want something more, something like a mixture of the Yandex webvisor in the metric and advanced debugging with information on pledges, the request / response body, all variables, etc.
If this is too bold, then at least something like the same webvisor with tracking all user manipulations (like entering values into the form, clicks, transitions between pages within the session).
Thanks in advance

Write your own logger + use Yandex.Metrica and its ability to catch events on your site
