If I choose safe mod everything works fine.
The shutdown stage can be tracked by the backlight of the keyboard, it occurs at the moment when it wrote "Starting windows"

try in safe mode or reinstall the drivers from the manufacturer of your motherboard, or simply delete them in the manager and let the system find the devices again and install the drivers,
but in general it looks like some kind of malware, you can try to run the antivirus
