Usb not working. linux. (Bridge burnt down)?
I have an ancient computer in my hands, for some reason the usb does not work for it. I don’t know his background (I took it to the repair shop to drive, they bought it for 500 r (that’s still a lot =)) There were a lot of unrecognized devices from under Windows, I stuck Mint xfce 17 x32 (Works only using -forcepae). Still sees nothing. The mouse is on (periodically blinking) tubes (sams i900 does not charge at all, nokia 520 belatedly says that it is charging, then turns off and charges again)
Is this a 100% bridge or not?
IS THERE ANYONE TO CHECK THIS WITHOUT changing the bridge?

Ha, yes, raising such devices is a pleasure :)
You need to ring it. What you describe sounds more like a power supply problem.
PS And the title of the topic is similar to "The wipers do not work. Toyota. (The drive burned out)?"
Take a multimeter and check all voltages. If something is different, take the circuit to a laptop and measure the power circuits. www.youtube.com/user/1servicecore/videos There are a lot of videos on this channel where similar repairs are made
It is desirable to provide a description of the configuration of iron.
Not for all bridges and motherboards, such a malfunction is typical.
The PSU may not give out 5 volts, or the capacitors may swell.

Do you want to change a bridge on ancient rubbish? :-)
Maybe not waste time on it and immediately in the trash?
