USB intermittently buggy

Bought a new system. The computer works constantly, only goes to sleep at night. After about one and a half to two weeks of uptime, USB devices begin to fail. The mouse, keyboard, tablet work, get up for a couple of seconds, then work again. All this is accompanied by the sound of connecting-disconnecting the device. It helps to turn off the computer for a few minutes.
Can someone come across this? How to decide? Windows 7, there are no unrecognized devices in device manager.

Record the symptoms on video and return under warranty.

Faced similar symptoms on a Gigabyte motherboard. It turned out to be a manufacturing defect - the degradation of the controller. Over time, the controller died, a couple of months after the warranty expired, and the motherboard itself. Google your motherboard for similar problems. If you are not the only one, feel free to return it back to the store.

If there is a guarantee, then the exchange, then I completely agree with 1099511627776
I also note that the USB may not have enough power, for example, my phone charges if I poke it into the computer but refuses if I poke it into the hub for 4 devices. A mobile phone lying near a computer can freely interfere, especially during initialization or a call (those very tyg tyg tyg in columns)

Maybe the motherboard is just overheating. At me similar was observed in a heat in the summer of 10-11 years.

1) or low voltage of the USB port (if the symptoms repeat, try to measure it on the port, and preferably on the PSU)
2) or USB port power noise (the conders on the motherboard / PSU have dried up)

Sounds like a lack of power... what PSU?
