USB bluetooth not working on Ubuntu?

Hello. There is a USB bluetooth adapter. Works on Windows. Doesn't work on ubuntu. I turn on bluetooth but it can't detect bluetooth devices. What to do in this case? The driver disc that came with the package is bad and only compatible with Windows.

Plug VT into USB and give commands
hciconfig -a
sudo service bluetooth status
to show the output under the text.
