URL optimization?

Now the URL is:
www.site.ru/part/category/category/resource/id
Accordingly, it works when the last part is deleted sequentially.
Do I need to optimize something else or is it enough?
How to organize URL for search?

Do not forget to put a 301 redirect from www.site.ru to site.ru (or vice versa, it's a matter of taste)

Here is my version:
site.ru/category/subcategory/
site.ru/category/sub-category/product-name.html
But if there are few categories, I use this option
site.ru/product-name.html
Maybe something has changed now but it used to be good.
In general, this can already be done now:
site.ru/category/product.html
.html can not be used, I read somewhere that the search engine understands faster that this is a useful page, but it seems to me that this is not relevant now.
