UPwork - what are the changes compared to oDesk?

What changes have you noticed on UPwork other than the (controversial) design of course? The messaging system has become better - it used to be something like mail, now it looks more like a chat, especially on a mobile application.
Something else has changed, haven't you noticed?

I had an assumption that they made a rebranding in order to at least somehow get rid of the past image of the site, on which there are only Indians. Recently they introduced contacts, added a top rated bun, everything to separate the completely Indian from the able people. Well, on this we decided to change the name, logo, design, in order to say to potential customers: we have changed, now look at us what kind of professionals live, they will instantly do what you need.
