Upwork, self-employed. What to indicate when issuing a check?

Hello! I registered as self-employed, I am going to withdraw the money I have earned through Alfa-Bank to a ruble account.

Maybe someone will share experience, how do you specify Upwork? As a foreign organization? Is the name of the organization just "Upwork"?

One more question. I do video editing. Is the name of the product/service
"Video Editing"? Is this enough or do you need more details?

The money simply comes to your personal account, and in the application for the self-employed, you indicate it as income from a foreign company. The name can be specified as "Upwork Inc." and the name of the services is also at your discretion. In this regard, everything is simpler than with IP.

You should start by contacting the currency control of the bank. Whatever you are advised on the toaster here, it may not have anything to do with what the bank and its specific employees want from you regarding your foreign economic activity.

You can copy-paste their correct name on their website or in contracts with them. Or from your bank statements.

Perhaps for each contract it is worth copying the abbreviated subject of the contract again.
At least in relations between legal entities, even within the country, payment orders where the
abstract "payment on account 12345" is indicated in the purpose of payment have long been causing several negative reactions from banks and monitoring. Sometimes even such PPs are returned for clarification with a request to detail the contract and a brief essence of the subject of the contract.
