Upwork, IP and currency control - how to draw up documents correctly?

Good day.
I'm going to open an individual entrepreneur for legal withdrawal from upwork, I choose a bank.
Please tell me the best (with minimal body movements) way of passing
currency control?
Now we have a) User Agreement on 59 pages, signed by an upwork and
b) Confirmation of Services on two pages, template.
Specifically, the following points are of interest:
it was "re-negotiate" upon reaching
50,000 USD in order not to issue a transaction passport. Found here and here the phrase
"(I read about the scheme with closing the old offer and opening a new one on Habré, where the dude put the contract number in the offer header, which allowed me to "open" a new contract by changing this number)"
but I somehow missed this "article on Habré" . I would like to see at least a minimal example.
2. Is it possible to somehow avoid the procedure of signing the "Confirmation of the provision of services" with the upwork each time when withdrawing money?
PS I found / read articles on Habré, but I'm afraid that they are slightly out of date and the links to the documents are all broken.
Also, please advise a bank with a positive experience with upwork in terms of currency control?
(except alpha (in my city only for individuals) and avant-garde (not at all))

In general, unfortunately, I did not find information on this question, so I will describe here what I did.

  1. Withdrawn via Wire Transfer (USD)
  2. Money came, I'm on Tinkoff
  3. Through torturous attempts to find out what and how to fill out, it turned out:
    1. 1. Specify the currency transaction code - 21500 (non-resident payment to resident)
    2. 2. Download the User Agreement ( https://www.upwork.com/legal/), print it, sign the last page,
scan it and attach it to the documents.
    3. 3. Provide a screenshot of Сertificate of earnings https://www.upwork.com/reports/certificate-of-earn... here
is the date when you joined the upwork.
    4. 4. Provide pdf files of your invoices, i.e. you need to go to reports -> transaction history. Click on the ref
-link - this will take you to the pdf
Here's a short tutorial I came up with.

if you already managed to get the signature of the upwork, then tune in to the "quarterly" scheme:
quarterly drag an agreement with a new number and acts to the bank (these are your "Confirmation of the provision of services"), and transfer what you received within the tax quarter so that it gets into
the bank 's reporting , in the tax office, with a lawyer (maybe with #% net) find out about the facsimile when working with foreign counterparties, this is a muddy thing , therefore - if the tax office says "it's possible", I think it will be easier to convince the bank, for example, through the bosses
with this alignment everything is simplified for you - Odessa can be pulled once a year, but still I would not step over a quarterly transfer

You need to call or visit the bank and discuss this with the currency control department.
As for the transaction passport, I will not tell you, because. I haven’t done it myself yet, but about the VC, my bank said that it’s not necessary to have documents signed by the other side.
Now I'm bothering with the withdrawal from Freelancer.com. So, you will need a public offer translated into Russian (or in two languages), signed by you in the style of "I assure the translation."
And as invoices or acts, a screenshot from the finance section on the site is suitable. It will also need to be signed by yourself in the "correct copy" style. And like everything.
It's also easier with upwork, because they actually send a signed and translated contract (which Freelancer.com can't or doesn't want to do).
In general, call the bank and explain the situation, it all depends on the adequacy of the staff in the currency control department: some banks / branches, as they write on various forums, don’t want to accept anything without a “wet” seal.

So far, I have only met records that work with Upwork "on the white" IP and legal entities. persons is impossible.
Signed documents in Russian? Documents in English mean nothing for currency control.

But is it necessary, a legal conclusion? Well, actually, in this case...

No, wait. What other acts and invoices. IP is open, bank account is opened as an account for IP. Who cares if this account is in currency or not? You will pay the conversion tax already upon the withdrawal of the currency.
As far as I understand, all tax deductions are made, as elsewhere, quarterly advance contributions and to the pension fund every month.
And all contracts and acceptance certificates are generally kept by ourselves and for ourselves and are provided only upon request. Is not it?

Can you please share the result, I have the same problem. There is an account in the Russian Agricultural Bank, because previously had other activities. I decided to withdraw money from Upwork to them. Moreover, I received a signed bilingual contract from Upwork, like you, and a Confirmation of Services.
But the currency control of the bank is not satisfied. They say it is necessary to do according to the standard, but this is generally nonsense, to rewrite the contract in accordance with the Letter of the Central Bank No. 300. Not enough in the header of my data, as usual in contracts, details and something else. Plus, you will most likely need a print from Upwork, which is also nonsense. I got the details of Upwork on the Internet here . And do I need my signature and data at the bottom of this offer, otherwise maybe I added them in vain, that's why they found fault. This is a public offer.
They also demanded to clarify what kind of operations and types of services were provided in the Act of work performed.
How did you get out of the situation, which bank did you choose and what form of contract did they accept??
I would be very grateful for the information!
Maybe there is someone from Krasnodar, which bank would you recommend, Alfa-Bank or Avangard.
I read here about Tochka, but they have significant withdrawal rates ... and it’s not easy to somehow work with a remote bank located in Khanty-Mansiysk.

If it's not a secret, where did you get a bilingual contract from upwork? As I understand it, this is just a User Agreement translated into Russian? Can you share?
