Upwork, how to find orders that were posted a couple of seconds / minutes ago?

Quite strangely, the job search results show, there are many projects that were posted 1-2 minutes ago, but when you go to the job page, it already shows off: posted 1 hour ago, how to fix it?

Based on personal experience, being a freelancer for 5 years, and then a customer for 2 years: those who apply in the first 20 seconds after publication in the vast majority of cases: low-quality specialists from India. Competing with them is just disrespecting yourself and identifying yourself with the guild of shitcoders. Advice, though hackneyed, but practical: daily grow above yourself. Get certified. Read books in your field daily. And at one fine moment you will find that you absolutely do not care when the application was submitted, a minute ago or a month ago, because you are the specialist that the customer dreams of. At some point, there is no need to use the job search, because the job itself is looking for you.
