If they have a consumption of 50 watts, then yes, you can. If more - then no, you should not connect.

Output power (active) 240 Watts.

Those. if your PCs eat no more than 80 watts each, you can. If these are office machines on Celeron - it will pull, but the work will be on the verge of a foul.
Be guided that one average power PC eats 150-200W. Accordingly, you need a UPS with an active output power of 450-600 W, which will correspond to a total output power of 750-1000 VA. When fully loaded, the battery will last for 2-5 minutes.
And yes, I would look at cheap cyberpower UPSs, ippon (especially ippon!) With caution. It is better to take APC. If there is not enough money for APC, I would not install a UPS at all.

What? For one UPS, designed for one office wheelbarrow without a monitor - hang three? Well, it can save you from throws for a couple of seconds.
Three wheelbarrows with monitors need the smallest kilowatt, and preferably one and a half. And not Dishman guano, namely APC. Yes, it's not cheap. But replacing burnt iron is more expensive ...

If you can't, but you want to, then you can. But if you work for 3 times, then overload, but should save you from jumps.
