Uploading unused android apps to dropbox/Mega, is it real?

About 2 months ago I heard about a new phone with the function of uploading applications that are not often used to network storage and, if necessary, downloading them back.
Is it possible to implement this on a regular phone and are there ready-made applications?
(The internal memory of my phone is very small 1.2GB and there are applications that I use quite infrequently D: )

I advise you to try the Link2SD application , just for your situation. It's not what you're asking for, but a very viable alternative. I use it myself and am very happy.
