How to reduce the consumption of Android system RAM?

Recently, the "system" itself in the phone began to literally gobble up all the RAM. When turned on, it consumes approximately 350 MB, over time (40 minutes - an hour) it already eats 700 MB. I already have only 1 GB of RAM, so I have to constantly reboot. How to do without reboot? Programs like Clean Master do not clean the RAM used by the "system", and I already have a minimum of applications.
I have android 5.1
Returned to the factory. Settings - did not help

В итоге всё дело в утечке памяти на android 5.0 - 5.1

Посмотреть, кто больше всего потребляет. Если некритичное приложение, то остановить, удалить обновления и в маркете запретить обновление. С рутом всё проще - просто удалить мусор.

Это какие-то автоматически запускаемые приложения.
Например, Вайбер дохрена жрет.
При том что Ватцап жрет не много.
А Телеграм вообще скромный.
