Up-to-date Unity tutorials?

I often come across the fact that articles\books\videos created earlier are not relevant in many ways (other names of interface elements, etc.). Where can I get the most complete information at the moment? My level is almost zero in Unit, but not in C#. Books are a priority for me, but I will be glad for any information.
