Unstable wifi on esp nodemcu v3, how to overcome?

There is a new board hw-628 nodemcu v3 32m on ch340g, I tried to sew it with arduino ide, nodemcu flasher, both with my sketch and with a standard example with a scan of Wi-Fi networks. In general, it does not see an access point, an example with a network scan does not see a single point. Under incomprehensible conditions, sometimes you turn on the module, see the network, work for an hour and freeze, maybe just the Wi-Fi falls off. After the reboot, the network no longer sees. I powered the board from yusb and from phone charging, with different cables. Shil with different parameters, with different versions of libraries, nothing helps.
on the ams1117 iron, the norms work at the input of 4.7V at the output of 3.3v. esp8266ex also receives power. Where to dig?

1. The quality of these ESP tends to zero - it may well be a marriage. You need at least ten things to argue about unstable work with a particular network.
2. Network must be WPA2-PSK AES - other modes won't work (Espressif didn't hardware support other modes).

take a closer look at the board, as already mentioned, they have quality problems, non-soldering is possible. On my own, I came across the fact that the connector and some of the parts were held only by glue.
