Unreal Engine 4.25.4 - How to resolve the error: "This app is using an unsupported version of Play Payments"?

While checking for a release in the Google Play Console, it gives an error: " This app uses an unsupported version of Play Payments. To publish it, update the Payments library to version 3 or later. "

Is there any way to fix this error without updating Unreal Engine? Switching to the latest versions of the engine is not an option due to project compatibility issues.
