There is a Samsung Note 3 SM-N9005, does not work with any Russian SIM-card. An unlock code was ordered from the CellUnlocker.com service, but they asked to wait indefinitely, referring to a problem with some server (as I understand it, generating these codes).
The device was originally ordered with Unlocked Mobiles. I always thought that Unlocked Mobiles only provides Unlocked, since last year Nexus and Note 2 came unlocked from there and still work with a bang.
Later I wanted to buy a code on eBay, contacted the seller, but alas, I got another excuse about a non-working server.
How to make the device work with our SIM-cards. ROOT, BusyBox and the latest firmware are present.
PS Please do not talk about Samsung service.
PPS I highly DO NOT advise ordering Samsung with Unlocked Mobile, now they are Locked.

The notorious Chainfire made an application with which you can remove the regional lock without driving in or buying any codes.
