Everything is fine, the goods, some information about the counterparty, but the authorities press everything and say that not all data is uploaded. For example, you need to fill in all fields. For legal entities, either the actual address or the legal address is filled in, but not both at once. In the bank, the name is filled in only one place. If this is a legal entity, then these contacts are not filled. And there are many such fields. But the bottom line is that I fill out from my side according to the commerceml 2.07 standard, but where is the standard for 1s 8.3, where this processing is stored, you can edit it somewhere. I myself am in php, but 1s is still a wall.
The exchange with 1s goes through a web service with a check mark for unloading an order.

Those. if you upload all the data from the online store, then in 1C the processing of this data is simply not registered. You need to register this on the 1C side for the fields that you need.
