Hello people, there is a problem! On the 1st, an "http" file was created on my computer. Now it constantly (every 15 minutes) opens in Sublime text overlapping all other windows. When a file is deleted, a new one is created, I tried to manipulate the permissions for the system / users / administrator - I tried everything, to no avail. The antivirus did not find any muck.
