Unknown model of the WI-FI transmitter board? How to set it up?

There are no identification marks of the manufacturer, the operating system on the board itself. I was able to supply power, but I can’t enter its settings through any known interfaces! The problem is several years old, I thought someday they will lay out something, but I have not seen any similar models anywhere. Photos are attached.
