University for a programmer in St. Petersburg?

It is very difficult to choose a university, within the same toaster you can find both horrific opinions about the same ITMO, and even very good ones. What university would you recommend within St. Petersburg that meets the following criteria?
-As little physics
as possible -More mathematics and pure programming
-Enough free time to simultaneously study on my own (it is clear that the university will not make me a ready-made frame)
-Proximity of the hostel to the university
