Universal IDE or code editor, choice of solution?

I type, JS (&node) for this I use webstorm
Also I have to write in python and php
How to add this support to webstorm?
Maybe sublime or vs code, which one is better?

VSCode is very friendly with the JS stack. There, for example, a very convenient debugger (node.js) out of the box. Plus good support for JS, TypeScript.
Of all the things you listed, my choice is VSCode. I also sometimes use Sublime - just like a text editor. Because it opens faster, for example.
