How to fix path autofix in editors?

I am doing layout for sites running Bitrix (it is very sensitive to file paths or something like that), and I noticed such a problem that both editors that I use, namely webstorm and vscode, auto-replace one point in the path with two , for example, here, initially there was one point, I didn’t even open the file, but the editors auto-fix by two dots.
