(Unity3d) What could be the problem with the apk version that came out of Unity? Of the two devices on one only works?

There is some game made on unity and built in .apk on old android phone Version 2.0.3 Writes is not supported on your device.
And on the Samsung tablet, the version of the droid 4.0.4 is the same, while it is that there is a newer phone version of the android 4.4.4 , everything is in perfect order.

with Unity5.6 and above, the handlers refused to support older versions of androids .. at least 4.1
Try to install the old version of Unity and rebuild in it
