Unity3d or LibGDX for simple games?

Good afternoon, I understand there have already been a hundred similar questions, but the dots are not everywhere.
I want to start developing games for mobile phones, mostly it will be 2d games, but it can be brought into 3d (for example, like zombie vs plants or trafic racer), but I still can’t decide on the choice of engine.
LibGDX - Java (as for me a more serious and popular jap), flexible, but you will have to cut a lot of things yourself (for example, a map editor and so on, although you can find a ready-made solution)
Unity3d is already a full-fledged engine, paid for each platform (as far as I know) , but less flexible, c# with which I am almost unfamiliar, unlike Java
What is the question, what is easier and better to choose in order to distribute the beta as soon as possible? I am not familiar with C# at all, I wrote an application for a droid in Java. Here, rather, the language plays a role, it is difficult to decide between c # and Java.
If someone has already chosen and encountered a similar one, please tell me.

If you know Java, you know 80-85% C#.
Just learn the syntax and do it in Unity.
Advantages: a large community and then you can easily port the game to any platform.
They write that all platforms are available in the Personal version: here .
Yes you can! As long as your annual income or amount of attracted investments does not exceed $100,000 per year, you can use Personal.
