Unity or Swift/Java for building AR apps?

I want to start developing augmented reality applications. And at the moment I'm choosing the right tool. Before that, I only worked on the web (Ruby/Rails, PHP, Mysql, JS).
The choice is between: Swift (ARKit, SceneKit), Java (ARCore) and Unity (and here C#).
Unity looks attractive as it is cross-platform and fast development, good work with 3D objects and no need to reinvent the wheel. However, this is a big framework that will "bloat" my application. And it is not known how long and to what extent Apple and Google will cooperate with Unity.
Native development has its pros and cons.
What would you write an example on: an IKEA application that displays a 3D furniture object in augmented reality with the ability to immediately buy it? What is the best tool for this task?

@Ig0r8

they wrote it on the unit) the old version when using vuforia, new for an apple with arkite.
I am currently working on Unity, there are pros/cons, but if you need cross-platform development, then I advise.
I don't see any collaboration. The company just wants and makes a plugin for a popular engine. Doesn't want to do it and gets less development.
Unity.
