Unity does not create or open projects, the Hub just collapses, what can be?

I reinstalled VisualStudio and after that Unity stopped creating or opening the project, the Hub just collapsed. I tried to reinstall Unity (deleted using unistall and cleaned it manually) nothing helped. I also updated VisualStudio through Unity itself, the result is zero. Tell me, what could it be?
