Unity 3D won't launch?

Unity won't start. Already tried 4 different versions. I did not find a solution to the problem on the Internet. It gives the following error when trying to run it.
The problem arose after reinstalling Windows.

Install/update drivers (video cards and well, in general, all outdated ones are possible) to the latest versions.

The video card (more precisely, the video processor) does not see. There may be a problem with drivers or D3D.
