Can't create (=> run) Unity project. What could be the problem?

When creating a project, this error pops up. I tried to change the project installation folder, changed the download folder of the engine itself, even reinstalled the Unity Hub. Nothing helps.bfDvn7gU3Po.jpg

  • Try deleting the project from Unity Hub and then adding it there again.
  • Check that the project is really located at the specified path on the hard drive. And just in case it's not a removable drive.
  • Try uninstalling all other versions of Unity so that only one version remains.
  • As a last resort, directly launch Unity directly by specifying the project folder in the launch options (only specify your path to the Unity folder):
    С:\soft\2019.4.11f1\Editor\Unity.exe -projectPath D:\New\Game
This can be done from the console, either by creating a shortcut, or by creating a batch file.

So start or create? Judging by the presence of the project, there are no problems with the creation? Is the hub being updated (message hangs)?
At the Hub and the editor, try setting administrator rights (for exe).
What rights does the user have?
What versions of the editor have you tried?
