Unification of a network for Mikrotik and several VPN networks for Kerio Control?

Good afternoon,
Please help with advice, for the first time I encountered Mikrotik, I used the popular article Combining a network for Mikrotik and several VPN networks for Kerio Control,
the network diagram is exactly the same screen 001,

in Kerio Central 11.1 I registered a local subnet in the VPN tunnel, for example 20.0 / 24, she appeared in Policies in Mikrotik. Also registered NAT on this subnet over a masquerade. But unfortunately the ping does not go to this subnet. The tracert command passes 192.168.199.1 further 192.168.11.1 further is already lost.
Another question, can Mikrotik be made into an active state? For some reason, Kerio connects easily when the microtive passive is ticked, but vice versa it doesn’t work.

As a result, they did it through an l2tp connection. Works.

guide from the court, on KERIO they created an l2tp interface and connected it.
