Unifi UAP-LR buggy - what to do?

In December, two Ubiquiti Unifi UAP-LR wireless points were installed. At first they were happy, but after a while they started to get wildly buggy. Now the situation is that

• Sometimes everything works as it should
  
• Most often, the point simply "resets" the client (more on that below)
  
• Resetting points to default settings is not possible. For some reason, the starting config was overwritten by the current one, or simply cannot be restored. As a result - when the points are rolled back, they still work as before
  
• There is access to SSH points and their logs
  
• Transferring the controller to another machine (even to another system) did not bring results
  

Regarding the "reset" of the client.
Our network is built on WPA2-EAP with a RADIUS NPS server on Windows 2008. The client manages to get permission to connect, after which the connection is terminated at the “obtaining an IP address” phase and further in a circle.
At the same time, the controller fixes the client’s connection, sometimes even an IP address can be issued (then the connection may disappear, but sometimes it works for a while) . (): wevent: EVENT_STA_JOIN ath1: 00:21:6b:a3:04:ca / 1
