"Unfortunatly, Google Play Store has stopped" (Motorola DROID RAZR)

After "Factory data reset" when entering Google Play, it gives an error with the text "Unfortunatly, Google Play Store has stopped" and crashes. Everything that I could google on this issue (reinstall store, clean data, delete updates, upgrade to a new version of android ...) I tried and no result was achieved.

Android version: 4.1.2

What could be the problem?

The official version from Motorola is 4.0.4.
